Main equipment: 8000T forging press, gravity casting machine, 800T die-casting machine, T6 heat treatment line, machinable φ 2000mm large CNC lathe, hard anodizing equipment. It has the ability to produce 200000 aluminum pan heads annually. Main testing equipment: spectrometer, dynamic balance tester, bending moment tester, film tester, hardness tester, etc. Most of the production equipment and all the inspection equipment are imported from Germany, Japan, Taiwan and other countries.
