Yongkang Chengxin Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuyi Haojiang Textile Machinery Factory) was established in 1997. The company is located in the "Capital of Hardware" - Chengxi Industrial Zone, Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province. The factory covers an area of more than 10000 square meters and has 150 employees. Our company is specialized in producing warp knitting machines, ribbon weaving machines, and other matching aluminum pan head, weaving shaft manufacturers, with advanced equipment and production technology. The main equipment includes: 8000T forging machine, gravity casting machine, 800T die casting machine, T6 heat treatment line, and processable φ 2000mm large CNC lathe, hard anodizing equipment. It has the ability to produce 200000 aluminum pan heads annually. Main testing equipment: spectrometer, dynamic balance testing machine, bending moment resistance testing machine, film tester, hardness tester, etc. Most of the production equipment and all inspection equipment are imported from Germany, Japan, Taiwan, and other countries.
The company was rated as an AAA level credit unit in 2000 and an enterprise above designated size in Yongkang City in 2008. It passed the ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification on April 19, 2011.
