Raw and processed material
The beam and the beam slice is made of primary aluminum and rare metals, which are melted in a natural gas reverberatory furnace to form 7018 series aluminum alloy. The middle tube of the pan head is 6082 series stretch extrusion tube, which is mostly common cast tube on the market

Forge and press
The beam is forged using an 8000T forging machine, which is more than twice the strength of ordinary pan heads on the market. (Forged The beam tensile strength 380-420Mpa, cast the beam tensile strength 175-180MPa)

Heat treatment
Each disc must undergo 12 hours of high-temperature heat aging treatment to enhance its mechanical properties and achieve maximum strength.

Weld
The beam adopts friction stir welding equipment used in military and aerospace industries, and the strength of the welded joint exceeds 30% of the base metal, avoiding the occurrence of welding fracture of the pan head due to high yarn tension.

Fine machining
The imported CNC lathe is used for the finishing of the beam, and the finishing of the beam is completed at one time to ensure the required accuracy and surface finish of the beam.

Oxidize
Our company has been granted a pollution discharge license since 2008, and is currently the only enterprise in the local industry with a license. Each beam has a fixed oxidation time of 90 minutes to ensure that the thickness of the oxide film on the surface of each beam can meet the standard.
