The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved the establishment of the National Advanced Printing and Dyeing Technology Innovation Center

Advanced printing and dyeing technology is one of the key fields in the construction of the National Manufacturing Innovation Center. As an important link in the textile industry chain, printing and dyeing is crucial for improving the added value of textiles and energy conservation and emission reduction, which is related to the sustainable development of the textile industry and the in-depth promotion of the battle against pollution. The National Advanced Printing and Dyeing Technology Innovation Center will focus on the design and development of high-quality printing and dyeing products, new technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction, digital and intelligent printing and dyeing equipment and manufacturing systems, and build public research and development platforms, pilot certificates, and technology incubation bases to create new innovation carriers, improve technical level and product competitiveness, and support the green innovation development of the printing and dyeing industry.
The National Advanced Printing and Dyeing Technology Innovation Center is established by relying on Shandong Zhongkang Guochuang Advanced Printing and Dyeing Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. The core construction units include Kangpingna Group, Donghua University, Zhejiang Chuanhua Zhilian, Guangdong Demei, Shanghai Annuoqi, Lutai Textile, Qingdao Jifa, and many other backbone units in the textile printing and dyeing industry. At the same time, the Innovation Center, through the China Advanced Printing and Dyeing Technology Innovation Alliance, gathers advantageous innovation resources in the fields of scientific research, production, and application in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and cooperatively carries out common technology research and development and industrial application demonstration.
In the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen guidance on the construction of the National Advanced Printing and Dyeing Technology Innovation Center, promote the innovation center to adhere to the open concept, further absorb industry innovation resources in the process of enterprise operation, create an open and shared industry innovation platform, and provide strong support for the high-quality development of the industry.
